Room in the Inn-Memphis is thankful for the following ministries that work with us to serve those experiencing homelessness.
Burrito Ministry/Iona Fellowship
Volunteers gather every Tuesday afternoon to cook and assemble burritos. They are distributed along with bottles of water and cookies to members of the homeless community in downtown Memphis. From this group of people, some Room in the Inn-Memphis guests are identified.

Project Homeless Connect
Project Homeless Connect is a massive one-day event targeting unsheltered homeless people in Memphis and Shelby County at which all the resources and services needed to leave homelessness are provided under one roof, at one time. Community volunteers pair up one-on-one with homeless individuals beginning with street engagement and ending with accessing a wide array of resources at the Cook Convention Center. This project is coordinated by the Community Alliance for the Homeless.
